Ready for the weekend

August 31st, 2007 -- Posted in Holidays, Immigration | No Comments »

After a really busy morning, the day has finally calmed down a bit and I finally have a chance or write something for my blog. It will be cool to have the three days off to rest up and get a few things done.

Today will be a nice to just stay at home and off the streets. It seems that the teachers in Mexico are all holding some huge protest about low pay down along the border and so they have already said the south I 5 and I 805 will be closed south of the I 905.

I wonder if they are having problems with wages and stuff in Mexico, why are they protesting at the border? It does not make much sense to me?

On the way to work all the radio talk shows were best of repeats so nothing new there. The roads were empty this morning, probably a few folks starting the weekend early. Anyway I hope they are still empty on the way home. Today is payday so I think I will just buy food to take home so I don’t have to cook. Either that or I will buy something I can throw in the oven and cook fast.

Well time to start getting things wrapped up so I can start the weekend. Happy Labor Day weekend everyone.

Internet problems still plague us

August 23rd, 2007 -- Posted in Immigration, Internet, TV and Radio | No Comments »

Laila’s Internet is still all messed up so she was on dial up again this morning until her prepaid phone card ran out. We got logged off early so I went ahead a left a little early so I could get everything unlocked and turned on for both classes who will be in lab today. I was going to stop and get something for breakfast but went ahead and just bought a couple of donuts on the quarterdeck on my way in the building.

Listening to the radio and watching Fox News last night all of a sudden it seems the politicians have got the message. They are all starting to talk tough about illegal immigration. I am tired of the talk and want to see action taken.

I like what Rick Roberts is doing here in San Diego. He is publicly broadcasting things said and actions taken by the local office holders. People have had it with the political correctness, and the pandering for votes. If these politicians want to hold their office it is time for them to do what they were elected to do. Since 70 to 80 percent of the people do not want illegal immigrants then the sanctuary city crap has to be scrapped.

The example of Tulsa, Oklahoma was used this morning on the show. They cracked back on the illegal immigrants and the ones that were not arrested left on their own. Isn’t that a neat concept? Enforce the laws and they will go on their own.

Right now the country is all riled up about what happened in Newark, New Jersey and the fact that an illegal alien child rapist was allowed to go free and stay in this country, and then took part in the execution of three college students.

I was watching Geraldo Rivera debating Tom Tancredo last night on Fox and Geraldo is playing the race card. News for you Geraldo, illegal immigrants are not all Mexican, and if there are no illegal immigrants in this country they can’t commit crimes against the citizens of this country.

One caller had it right this morning. How do you get rid of illegal immigrants? One illegal immigrant at a time!

It’s amnesty

May 18th, 2007 -- Posted in Immigration, Politics, Unification Wars, Work | No Comments »

I don’t think it is possible to be angrier with the President of the United States and Senate of the United States than I am today. The Senate’s amnesty bill for illegal aliens has me so angry that instead of blogging I am searching for information on impeachment and recalls.

I will support the recall or impeachment of any elected official that supports this bill. Any groups that are working on getting rid of these officials please contact me. It is time to start spending my money on the cause rather than just blog about it.

Anyway I have never seen a day go to hell as fast as today did. Last night a seasoned player accidentally building on his main, causing our reset schedule to get all messed up. We even tried resetting people 2 at a time, but never managed to get everyone done before people had to start going to bed. I went ahead and went to bed at midnight and set my clock early so that I could be up to post for Laila when I got up.

I got up at 5 AM and grabbed a quick shower and all. I made it downstairs half an hour earlier than usual. One player was out and on his way in, and then again the same player that messed up the rotation last night built on his main again. I almost kicked him right then and there. This guy will go ahead and follow the rules for a while and then this crap starts happening. He doesn’t seem to realize that he jeopardizes everyone’s empire when he pulls this act and frankly now that everyone is angry he will square away for a week or so and then do it again. I may have to resign as a LT because I swear I was a microsecond away from making him fedless.

Anyway as a result I left for work and was not there to post for Laila and I will hold him personally responsible for any losses she suffers. That is unfair to have her protect everyone for 15 hours and not have people there for her because of the careless exploits of a greedy player. He says it was an accident but showed his hand when asked to come in by saying he had planned to be out 2 hours. Accidentally built on his main, right, he just saw OP posters for Laila that had been set up in advance and decided to use it. He knew we would say no if he wanted to go out so why not make a mistake and get his wish. He also knew that opportunity was limited as two of us posting had to go to work. I am so angry I may still go home and boot him.

After I got to work we had planned that we would have my class assist the LPO with a few paperwork things. We had to do some kind of power panel report so they were going to do that and I was going to assist the other ET1 by teaching some of the harder receive modules. I figured my class would be here for about an hour working for the LPO and get to go home and I in the meantime would teach the junior class.

Well the LPO kept getting called to the office, and kept getting other tasking so they got started late. Then just as I started teaching the junior class we got a call telling us that they had to go take a urinalysis test. So there went the morning, gone in a flash. Now I am sitting here with my old class listening to them joke around while typing up the power panel report.

Some of them are not too happy, and I don’t blame them. They will be getting out of here soon though, as it looks like they just finished. I will be waiting for the guys from the junior class to come back at they complete the urinalysis and have them catch any of the new tasking that comes from the office.

Well I guess that is about it. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Took part of the day off

April 3rd, 2007 -- Posted in Health Issues, Immigration | No Comments »

Yesterday after my weekend fight, with whatever stuff I managed to catch towards the end of last week, I went to work but I didn’t last long. It is funny that as you start purging all this stuff out of your system all you do is spend time in the bathroom either throwing up or having it come out the other end.

So after coming to work yesterday I still was not feeling very good at all. I got the guys to cover my class for me and then just went home. I spent most of the day just lying on the couch between my frequent trips to the bathroom and I just drank fluids and ate some chicken soup.

Today I got up and though I am physically weak I have not been having all the trips to the restroom and my stomach has settled down. So I should be back to normal soon.

Today the class has the receiver troubleshooting performance tests and so I had a busy morning. They are not done so I will be continuing after lunch. I am still not brave enough to eat anything solid, so I will write this and then I have a few things I can work on until they get back. I am just really tired and my legs feel really weak.

Today on the way to work I was listening to the radio and they were talking about a Russian Immigrant with Tuberculosis that came to this country and is now being confined because it is resistant to treatment and highly contagious. He had it before coming here and did not follow the doctor’s orders to prevent the spread of the disease.

Now that they have confined him the American Civil Liberties Union is fighting the confinement as a violation of his civil rights. What I am wondering, is why he was allowed to come here in the first place?

I thought immigration had procedures in place to keep people with infectious diseases out of the country. I guess we do not have the right to be protected while he has the right to infect anyone he comes in contact with.

That is it for today I guess. I am not really up to making a long post nor continuing to raise my anger about immigration problems. Washington doesn’t care about the people, only being reelected.

I hope I feel better tomorrow.

Bad weather day

March 27th, 2007 -- Posted in Immigration, News, Unification Wars, Weather | No Comments »

Well today had been miserable day weather wise here in San Diego as we have a cold winter storm going through. One of the kids was going to go to work at the commissary today but with one look outside that idea went away fairly quickly as the rain was coming down really good.

After putting reinforcements in the game and after saying the rosary with Laila I went ahead and left a few minutes early for work knowing the traffic was going to be bad. I was not disappointed and I am glad I left a few minutes early or I would have not made it on time.

On my way in I heard something that got my anger up. I think I blogged a few months ago about the guy that had taken pictures of an illegal alien came and then got attacked by them for doing it. If some passers by had not stopped they might have killed him. Some of the pictures he took were of his attackers and they were displayed in the papers, on the web, and the news on TV.

Well now the illegal aliens are suing him for violation of their civil rights to privacy. I was under the mistaken impression that they have no rights because they are not citizens, but I think I have that backwards. If some illegal alien were to start using my social security number, what about my right to privacy? Could I sue him? I think not as they would just deport him and he would come back next week, assume another identity, a continue life as normal.

I am growing really concerned at the stories I see in the press where illegal aliens are suing law enforcement officials for doing their jobs. Something is really backwards there and I wish the government would start defending our borders and stopping these ridiculous lawsuits. If you are an illegal alien it pays to be caught committing a crime. It is like hitting the lottery. You just make up some story about being brutalized and sue. You will be an instant millionaire and just go back home and live like a king.

And I am livid every time I hear some politician talk about amnesty. It has not worked in the past and will not work now. As the colonization of southern California continues you see it everywhere. Last night on the news I heard a story about how hit and run accidents are rising at alarming rates. Since we live in an illegal immigrant sanctuary, crime statistics are not readily available for how much of this stuff is committed by illegals. I am willing to bet that a good majority of these accidents are caused by illegals.

My neighborhood has gotten so bad lately that I am afraid to drive. I don’t know how many times I have been at a stop sign and watched people just blow right through them without even slowing down. Then I look and see the Baja plates and figure just another of the lawbreakers breaking another law.

People do not think this has an impact on them because they are paying out everything through taxes and not direct cash. I think that if a collection agent started showing up at people’s doors demanding payment for the medical care of their illegal alien neighbors they might get a clue.

We are paying to send their kids to school. We are paying for their medical care. We are giving them welfare benefits. All of that and more, takes money and guess where that comes from? You are paying in the form of taxes and higher prices. When they file these lawsuits guess who pays? You might say the city, county, or state but there does that money come from?

I have had it with these representatives that keep coddling these people who don’t belong here. Have them do it legally, as I have no problems with that. Anyway I guess that is it for today.

A waste of time

February 13th, 2007 -- Posted in Health Issues, Immigration, Unification Wars | No Comments »

One thing I really hate is wasting my time and last night I wasted a lot. I will get to that in a moment though.

Yesterday as I was getting ready to leave work and head home I started feeling really ill. About three times during the drive home I pulled over because I thought I was going to throw up my lunch. I still managed to stop by the post office and get the mail and as soon as I got in the house I took some Pepto Bismol and Tums. After about 20 minutes I was fine.

Also as soon as I got in the house Laila was already on line and ready to go out of damage protection. I sent her DC’s c class stack on a spread sheet and she built up her fleet. Though somehow she still used the wrong spreadsheet and all she was very successful and when she came in a few others went out and came back in.

One of our members that has not been around for a while came on and had a desire to go out so even though I had to reset I let him go. He spent the next 2 hours wasting everyone’s time. First off as he was building his fleet he had to take a time out to talk to his wife. When I have a fleet out for people’s protection, it costs me anywhere from 1 to 2 Billion per turn. He is costing me that to talk to his wife instead of play the game.

Then the guy comes back and builds his fleet way up above the outpost that was covering him and we played catch up for the next while. He finally got up to 2 billion and then he didn’t attack any one. He sat there for like half an hour doing absolutely nothing and then asked a sister fed mate to put him into DP. So basically Laila, Omi, me, and a few others wasted 2 hours of playing time and upwards of 2T credits so this guy could go to 2 billion power rating and be tapped in. Yeah he gained about 50K planets over the two hours but Laila earned 100K in less time than that at a lower level.

After he finally came in I was able to go out, but I had to go to bed before coming in. I am so angry, I am thinking of pm’ing our fed leader and telling him to talk to these people who are wasting our time. I don’t mind posting, even if someone is getting beaten badly, as we can study the results and work with them, but to go that high and have everyone supporting you go that high, just to get tapped in is totally ridiculous.

This morning I woke up on time and I felt a lot better. Laila and I said our prayers a little early and I packed up a few things that I will try and take care of during my lunch hour. I have to get the car title put in my name and stop by my bank. I have been putting off the Department of Motor Vehicles visit because there are always lines and all. I hate waiting in lines. Anyway today is the day to take care of that.

This morning on the way in to work Tom Tancredo was on the Rick Roberts Show and they were talking about the border patrol agents that have been imprisoned and then Rick asked the congressman about some comments made by the President’s advisor Karl Rove. I guess at a luncheon Rove was asked about the president’s amnesty program and he said he didn’t want his son to have to pick tomatoes or make beds in Vegas. So in other words the Bush administration wants to create a servants class. I am furious, and as someone who started with a newspaper route, worked mowing lawns and in fast food places it makes me angry that my government would rather have illegals do this stuff rather than give our poor and our young adults chances to fill these positions.

This kind of crap happened back in the days of Rome. Have a servant class and then have them grow to a point where they take you over. Great thinking Republican Party, I guess you don’t follow history and you definitely don’t want my vote.

Then I heard on the news that Bank of America is offering credit cards to people that do not have social security numbers. I wonder who that will benefit, as if I didn’t know. So there is another company that will not get my business.

Then this morning on the way to work I got behind some guy that was having idle problems with his car. He kept stalling and when he did go it was very fast for a few feet and then stop. It was very annoying and it wound up taking me 20 minutes to travel a half mile. I could have passed him but that would have messed up the traffic and also would have been violating the law, so I just followed him in. I still made it on time, but it was annoying.

Ok enough whining, I have to say it will be great when Friday rolls around and I set off for Manila. I hope the guys in the game do not get too upset with us because we will be doing other things rather than playing PC games while I am there. Yeah we will still play, just not with the frequency or the lengthy sessions we play now.

I have been waiting for Spartacus and Evil Knight our fed and sister fed leaders to implement something they have been thinking about. They want to take the best members of each fed and combine them into one super fed made up of only the top players who are active. Right now both feds have players that are not supplying outpost for others or who are never around. It kind of wastes everyone’s time, so it would be better to move all the active and supportive players to a separate fed.

Well I guess that is about it for today. Time to get the work day started. Have a great day.

Felt funny yesterday

February 8th, 2007 -- Posted in Immigration, Online Games, Unification Wars | No Comments »

I went to bed early last night, not even watching the 11PM news. I was just overly tired and my neck is still stiff for some reason. I got up on time this morning and took a long time in the shower this morning because the water felt so good.

Laila was worried about me last night because when I get quiet I am either thinking or feeling bad. Last night for a little while, I kept dozing off for little periods. When not doing that I was trying to get comfortable so I would not be straining my neck. The game was nice to us yesterday and allowed us to save up a maximum of 54 turns instead of the usual 45, but it was only for a 24 hour period. Also leveling up now takes 2500 turns which takes a little over four and a half hours. That is what I will do when things are not really happening in the game.

The guys in the fed are teaching us more about fighting and I will be coming out of damage protection after I get home from work today. I will use the lunch hour today to get a few different stack combination made up so I am prepared when I come out tonight. I should have probably printed up the battle stats I had from the last time I was out getting attacked but I didn’t and have just been watching what the federation members are using and try and use the same thing.

Laila wants me to get a time bank so that we can store turns, and I am thinking about that as well as buying the DNA thingy so we can change races without losing all our stuff. We both want to switch to viral, but at the same time if we do that we would not have all the cash we get to support the outpost as we do now. I have finally clicked on that one.

You have to look at the federation as one big team with both offense and defense. The members that go out and attack our enemies, is the federation’s offense. They will attack the folks we are at war with and have the more powerful ships but they do not make all the money other races get. The miners like Laila and I are for defense. We can maximize out earnings and always hold a ton of cash, so we can afford to build the ships for the outpost.

So it is all a team thing where everyone contributes. Sometimes being a member of a federation can be inconvenient. Like when you are leveling up and someone goes out of damage protection. You have to then use all your cash and turns to construct ships for the outpost. If you are really good and Laila and I are getting good at it, you will have to constantly be refreshing it to replace used ships. We are getting so good at it now that we are spending all our time refreshing the outpost and not playing for ourselves. That is actually good because it shows that we are doing it right and supporting the rest of the federation. If we never had to refresh it, we would have been building an ineffective outpost.

So anyway, while I know some of the miners in the federation are a little disappointed and sometimes feel used, I know the purpose and the reasons so I actually feel proud that I am able to contribute.

Anyway enough about the game, I am absolutely flabbergasted about what is happening with the two border patrol agents thrown in prison for shooting the illegal alien drug dealer. I guess congress subpoenaed the transcripts and files to investigate the case and now that information is not able to be produced. Someone is hiding something and from the callers to talk radio this morning there are a lot of people that are not just disgusted, but are darned mad about it. At least four callers, I heard on the way to work this morning, are calling for the president to be impeached, and these are people that voted for him.

Washington’s continual inaction about border issues is causing the unrest of opponents of illegal immigration to grow more impatient and more restless.

Also as more and more stories about unpaid hospital bills and identity theft are reported, it adds fuel to the flame. This morning I heard that someone is pushing a bill to raise traffic fines to pay for the hospital care given to illegals, while another is pushing a bill to tax illegal immigrant inmates of prisons to take care of the bills.

If we would enforce our current laws and keep them out, if we send these medical bills to Mexico along with the bill for incarcerating their lawbreakers, and punish employers maybe these measures would not even have to be talked about.

I guess there must be more to the North American Union stuff than we know about. Maybe the President has already made and is backing, an agreement with Mexico to go easy on the illegals. I don’t know, but with public opinion growing more and more against them, and with his popularity dropping like a rock you would think something would be done or even talked about.

Well, I guess that is about it since it is time to get to work. Have a great day.

Giving it all away

January 5th, 2007 -- Posted in Immigration, Politics | No Comments »

I blogged about this yesterday and with very little research I managed to find a few stories to link to about it. First here are the links:

Social Security for illegal aliens
U.S.-Mexico Pact Revealed: Billions to Non-citizens
Social Security billions could go to Mexicans

I am really beginning to wonder if our elected President is the President of the United States or the President of Mexico. When he ran for his first term the President was going to reform Social Security and he still hasn’t got that done yet.

Maybe his new plan is to rapidly bankrupt the program. And again this was all done behind the scenes like the SPP program.

Residents of planned union to be “North Americanists”

When I show stories like this to Laila and the fact that we know all the hassles and trouble we are going to have to go through to get her and her family here legally, we both start thinking of how insane and unfair our government is being with legal immigrants.

Seeing all the paperwork and procedures involved for the Filipinos that come here to work is really mind boggling. First they have to get a sponsor, then they have to go through a screening process. It makes it extremely hard for them to come here to work.

There seems to be a double standard with Mexico though as they can sneak in and then just wait around for the next amnesty program to come along for their automatic citizenship.

Also now that the housing market is slowing down, where are all these people going to work? Better than that how are they going to support themselves? Could be through illegal activities, since they are already breaking the law in the first place. On any given day I can find stories on crimes committed by illegal aliens. Maybe they are on the rise or maybe they are being reported more often now, but it doesn’t take much reading to see that illegal alien crime is a big problem being ignored by the government.

Here is a story I found today in the news:
Gunmen Attack National Guard Border Patrol Site in Arizona

Now our state Governor is going to pay for medical care for illegal alien children, illegally going to our public schools.

Gov. to seek insurance for all children

Anyway, that is my rant for today. Time to get some stuff done.

Lagging Issues due to Taiwan Earthquake

December 28th, 2006 -- Posted in Immigration, Internet, Iraq, Kids, Online Games | No Comments »

Well today is the 29th Philippines time so that means that this trip is rapidly drawing to an end and soon I will be on my way back to California. That has got me down just a bit, but then again I do have to make money so I can support us.

Laila and I were looking over World Net Daily today, because I remember seeing a story about the Taiwan quake from the other day affecting the Internet throughout Southeast Asia. The kids had been complaining about how Rose Online, the game they play, was running really slowly. Well since it is a joint venture between the Philippines and South Korea, and since the fiber optic cables off Taiwan were affected, I figured that was the cause.

Well it seems that six of the seven cables are cut and the seventh is damaged so Internet and communications will be disrupted for the next two weeks or maybe longer depending on how long it takes to repair it.

Also, while checking out World Net Daily I saw where another drunk illegal alien ran into a family of six, killing three of the family members. Why don’t we start giving the death penalty to drunk drivers who kill?

Saddam Hussein is due to be executed over the weekend, and I figure that is great news. They are threatening violence, but I kind of think that as some of these bad folks are executed that some of these attacks will start tapering off, since they are not stopping the movement from continuing toward democracy. I mean, after all the only places being attacked are all within view of the foreign reporters, or in the vicinity of Baghdad. The attacks coincide with the morning news reports here in the states. It is all a game being played by the terrorists to make the west look foolish, which our press more than happily will oblige.

Oh yeah, I forgot, I hope Donald Trump sues the ever loving crap out of that big foul mouthed poor excuse for a human being Rosie O’Donnell. While I can’t stand either of them, at least I don’t see Trump out their insulting American values all the time. Rosie O’Donnell is a, has been, washed up, angry woman. I don’t know what her problem is, and why she has to insult every class of people on the planet, but I would like to see the Donald sue her for everything she has, ever hopes to have, and to see her disappear from the airwaves.

Just because you are a star, and just because you have a soapbox to stand on, and just because you think you are superior and listened to as gospel, doesn’t mean you are. Just ask Tim Robbins, Janine Garafalo, Whoopi Goldberg, Ed Harris, and many others who have disappeared graciously from our Television sets feel about shooting their mouths off.

Well, I guess that is about it for now, since I have to look up a couple of suitable substitute components for Jun Jun’s project.

Have a great day.

Out of hand

December 2nd, 2006 -- Posted in Immigration, News | No Comments »

One week after he slammed his Nissan Sentra into a car waiting at a stop light, killing a U.S. Marine and his female passenger, Eduardo Raul Morales-Soriano, whose blood alcohol level was measured at .32 – four times the legal level in Maryland for intoxication – has been identified as an illegal immigrant by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office in Baltimore. Read the rest of the story here.

This kind of crap is happening way to frequently and when coupled with things like this one shows me this is getting way out of control. Even the people that are here legally don’t want the illegals here as evidenced with this article.

Wow, how many drinks did this guy have to blow a .32? This is unbelievable and another think hard to believe is why was this guy still in the country after getting picked up previously? Why does North Carolina allow these folks to drive? Why did Maryland give this guy a license?

Of course the President of the United States who loves all these illegal immigrants will continue to allow this death and mayhem to continue as he pushed for his guest drunk driver, oops I mean guest worker program. Besides they have to have a job so they can afford to buy their drinks before they drive off in the stolen cars.

As I blogged last week, the main stream media will go ahead and report about any troops killed in Iraq, but they will not highlight the fact the many more people are killed by the illegal aliens.

I just hope that my luck holds out and that I don’t get killed by any of these visitors.
