My Jury Duty Is Over

May 30th, 2004 -- Posted in Jury, News | No Comments »

I just finished up serving on the jury for this case:

California vs Erskine

Little did I know back in March, when I showed up for my civic duty, I would be part of a jury that would be hearing such a horrific case, that had many of us in tears during several days of trial and during deliberations. Over the next couple of days I will post some of the experiences I had during the trial.
I’d post some stuff tonight but I am emotionally drained right now, and I need to get my emotions in check.

Saudi Arabia

May 30th, 2004 -- Posted in The world | No Comments »

This story really stressed me for a while as I have a friend whose son just went to Saudi Arabia to work.

LINK

Thank God he was not in Khobar and is safe from what is going on there at the current time. This continues to prove that these folks are sick and will to the most monsterous attrocities to gain converts. Become Muslim or be dragged to your death by a car for over a mile. Sorry about that guys, I don’t get it. My friend’s name is Laila and she has a nice blog. Since she lives in the Philippines and the job outlook is a little bleak, her son went to Saudi Arabia. These folks always offer high wages to folks to become immigrants and serve them as they can’t do it themselves.

Upon hearing the news that all of this was going down in Saudi I quickly contacted Laila and found that her son is in Riyadh instead of Khobar and it was really great news to hear.

So you can’t display the Flag

May 30th, 2004 -- Posted in Politics | No Comments »

Stuff like this really ticks me off: LINK

Anyone who lives in the United States has the right to display the flag. Anyone that opposes the right to fly the flag should be deported, even if they are a US citizen to the country of their choice. If you can’t support the United States, you have no business living here.

The only reason this made the news is because this happened to the father of a Justice of the Supreme Court. I wonder how many of the regular people are forced to take down their flags due to these anti-American homeowner societies and retirement homes. This to me is unfathomable as we live in the greatest country on earth. Our constitution gives us the right of expression and when people will prevent the display of the flag, I get the feeling that, this is really over the top and that it is again demonstrating, why the United States will cease to be a country in a few years. The left has hijacked the courts and when the majority votes for something the left don’t like they get it tossed in the left wing courts. Our colleges are being taught by folks with an agenda, and they are indoctrinating the gullible towards their cause.

We need to clean this up. Before you vote for your local judges in November, find out who they really are. Check out their rulings. In the past i never really paid attention to judges and pretty much voted for them buy what was written in the voting handbook. With the decisions being made we must take a strong look at who we are putting on the bench and ensure they will not legislate from the bench. This is important as it will determine if we have country in a few years or a free for all lawless society. The time for action is now.

I like this one

May 26th, 2004 -- Posted in Navy Stuffs, Views and Opinions | No Comments »

One of the benefits of living in the city is that you get to stay well informed if you are into talk radio. On my drives home from work and then on my way to school at night I have the chance to listen to either Michael Savage or Roger Hedgecock. Roger has alot of local stuff and sometimes catches me ear while Savage frequently has subject matter that interests me though sometimes he gets a bit over the top. He posted something on his website that I found quite enlightening.

SAVAGE

I find this letter to be quite on the mark. What has happened to patriotism in this country? In other times this America bashing by the press would be considered Sedition. There is nothing more demoralizing to the troops than coming home after 6 months or more overseas to find out that the press and the hippy wantabees are bashing or spinning what you do.

When I was in the Navy, we had opportunities to paint orphanages and schools in just about every foreign port we went to. There was always some community project to be done, in addition to distributing care packages and all. We never saw any of these projects reported in the press other than Stars and Stripes. Let a sailor get in trouble though and it would be front page news everywhere.

Our servicemen and women are doing these same things in Afganistan and Iraq, but you don’t hear about it. The anti-American press will instead concentrate on the servemen killed in the line of duty by the 10 -20 percent of the Iraqi’s that do not want us there. We don’t hear about the 80 percent that are glad we are there. We also will never hear the end of the abuse that the seven Army folks pulled over in the prison. Instead of hawking these pictures all the time, we should be seeing pictures of the World Trade Center, mass graves, and gassed children. It’s about time the major news outlets were held accountable for this biased reporting. Let’s arrest some of these Seditious members of the press and prosecute them. I am tired of seeing where a paper apologizes for made up news stories and that is supposed to be the end of it. Throw some of these bums in jail and perhaps some of this biased reporting will go away.

Renewable Oil Reserves

May 26th, 2004 -- Posted in News | No Comments »

I found this quite interesting. I guess it’s about time we started checking out our oil wells and maybe just start using our own oil.

LINK

We get most of our oil from South America, while Europe and Asia get theirs from the Arabian Gulf countries. Thats why I always laugh when the Lefties start their War for oil talking points. If we would just tell the Environmentalists to go pound sand, and start using our own oil reserves and build more refineries it would be much better for the country.

I still believe we should be looking for better fuel efficient automobiles, and exploring alternative energy sources, but until then we must become self sufficient.

This Bank Robber isn’t an Einstein

May 26th, 2004 -- Posted in News | No Comments »

I found this little tidbit over at the FOX News website and found it quite humorous:

WEST PATERSON, NJ (AP) — An accused New Jersey bank robber needed some help with his getaway – so he asked a bank employee to call him a cab.

Police say Ernest Di Falco was busted about a-half hour after the Bank of New York branch in Rutherford was robbed. According to investigators, a bank worker wrote down the taxi’s license number.
Even though he wore a disguise, police say another bank employee recognized Di Falco and remembered he worked in a nearby pizzeria.
Officers say they’ve recovered the cash, a fake gun, as well as an old .22-caliber revolver.

Di Falco is now charged with armed bank robbery.

When I see rocket scientists like this guy, I know why some people turn to a life of crime. It’s because they are to stupid too land a job doing anything else. Can you imagine this bonehead filling out a job application where you work. I doubt if he would be able to fill out the form.

Michael Moore Fans

May 26th, 2004 -- Posted in People | No Comments »

It seems like some Michael Moore fans launched a denial of service attack against

  • MOOREWATCH
  • which took down the server for the past few days.

  • Right Thinking From the Left Coast
  • was also taken down as they share the same server.

They are both up and running again so you might want to stop by and pay them a visit.

There are alot of interesting posts and arguements with trolls going on over at the sites as some of the regulars were a little insulting to Michael Moore fans.

Frankly I can’t believe this fat lying phony has any fans.

Now this guy was real smart

    May 26th, 2004 -- Posted in News | No Comments »

I found this little tidbit on our local NBC website.

It seems some guy bought some poisonous snakes on line and later they found him dead in his rental car. Though they haven’t completed the autopsy it appears that he may have been bitten. Why weren’t these snakes in the trunk? Was this guy dumb enough to leave the box open when he was driving? Why buy poisonous snakes on the internet? I guess these are questions that will never be answered.

    Washington Bimbo’s

    May 26th, 2004 -- Posted in Family | No Comments »

I found Michelle Malkin’s column this week quite humorous: LINK.

I saw the interview on FOX News and while she is a little cutie, she is dumb as a post. She has basically admitted on National Television that she is a hooker. How impressive is that? I guess her parents are proud. If it were my daughter she’d be disowned.

I’m beginning to wonder why people would even let their kids go to Washington DC for a job. It seems that all these folks do is party, insult the other party and have sex. They certainly don’t get any congressional business done, and the other government employees are busy wasting your tax dollars before they hit the party circle.

Well at least she is no longer working for Sen. Mike DeWine. I guess she can become a full time hooker now.

Well this is some really swell news

    May 26th, 2004 -- Posted in Current Events | No Comments »

I have been reading all over the net tonight that Al Qaeda is planning to attack the united States sometime over the summer. And the bad thing is, I predict it will happen. We don’t even know how many folks are here illegally ior where they are. How many members of Al Qaeda have managed to sneak into this country along with the Vincente Fox, take back the Southwest folks.

Further they are saying there are 18,000 of these folks located all over the world. This is just great news. Since the Spanish managed to go Socialist a couple days after the bombing of a train station, they are confident they can affect our elections by doing the same thing. And they are talking big numbers here, like 4 million Americans dead.

Anyone that watches a baseball, football or other sports event is in danger. Anyone who attends a large concert is in danger. Anyone that visits a large mall is in danger. Anyone attending a large school is in danger. Anyone who work at a military installation of other government building is in danger.
They are here already, I am sure, and can get all of their supplies right down at Home Depot or Lowes. So mstand by folks, because the time is coming where we are going to experience the same things that Israel has been experiencing for years. And who is to blame for this? I would say all of the major networks that have been reporting skewed reports in the press, that everything is going so bad. Where is the outrage over the World Trade Center. Time has made it go away.

Why are we constantly hearing about the stuff that happened in the prison over there, but not hearing or seeing the beheading of Nick Berg. It’s because the major media would love to gain another win. During Vietnam, they took down a couple of Presidents, Johnson and Nixon. They want to do it again with Bush. By continually reporting the bad stuff and ignoring the good they hope to sway American opinion. Thank God for conservative talk radio, which actually informs the public and alerts the people to what is really going on. We have had less people killed in this war than we had killed is certain weeks during the Vietnam War. This in no way is another Vietnam. And to hear Ninny, oops, I mean Zinni badmouthing the administration is over the top. Flag Officers can stay in the military practically forever as long as they are approved by congress to remain on active duty. Hey Zinni, did you not get approved by the Officer Continuation Board? Are you now bitter?

I am so tired of seeing some of these Idiot former Flag Officers (Clinton Era) that are no longer on active duty shooting their mouth off in the press. There is a reason they are no longer on active duty and their retirement because they put their years in isn’t it. These folks lived in virtual mansions, made lots of money, and were treated like royalty buy their personal staffs. They don’t shine their shoes or do their laundry. Enlisted folks do that for them. They don’t have to drive a car, make their own meals, or do anything other than be important and exercise their military experience. I am not getting down on Flag Officers, as they earned their position. What I am trying to get to is why would someone turn that down? Because they were either asked to, or were not approved to continue. Don’t let these so called military experts on CNN and MSNBC fool you. They are the Clinton Era military men, who have been discarded by the Bush Adnministration and they are a little bitter about it.

Speaking of folks that are bitter has anyone read Hackworth lately? I used to respect this guy until he had his big blowup on Fox, when he started reporting that America’s special forces had nukes and they additionally had launch authority. Wrong, that has been NCA for years now and we do not carry nukes into Theater, as any seaman can tell you. That is why we have all of the aircraft we have. To launch the nukes or to transport the smaller ones that would be used in field. Hackworth is now to me, just a sinile old man that I used to respect, but now I can’t really take anything he says seriously. just another disgruntled old Vietnam Vet.

I have managed to get off point. Let me tell you about some of the things that the military advised us of when I was on active duty, that may keep you from becoming a casualty of a terrorist attack.
Report any unattended bags, backpacks, and briefcases. Dial 911 and stay away from them, don’t touch.
Observe strange behavior, such as folks wearing trenchcoats, or large jackets in the summer time.
Be especially observant in malls, stadiums, or other large gatherings of people.
Vary your route to workor school.

These things are not meant to acuse alarm, just to make you more aware. Since the police and other law enforcement agencies can’t help you, because they don’t want to be accused of racial profiling, make it your responsibility to protect yourself.

If a terrorist attack happens I would like to see the families of those killed and injured, sue the crap out of all congressmen, senators and even the President and Vice President because of thier inability to keep these people out of the country. The open border (non-enforcement of our immigration laws) are going to result in these terrorists attacking us and as long as Congress continues to look the other way, they are enabling it. These terrorists are not dumb. Alot of them have been educated right here in our taxpayer funded educational system. We are teaching the folks that want to kill us, yeah that’s right folks. They also know hoe to read English and can read the New York and LA Times knowing that these papers will support their cause. These guys are smart enough to exploit the media, te educational system and the fact that most folks are more interested in who wins American Idol than what is going on in the world.

Lets wake up folks. Contact your Congressman and Senator. Have them close the border and find out where all these illegal folks are. Kick them out, no matter where they came from. We can not protect this country until we can control who comes here…

This could be my last blog.

I could get killed at work tomorrow just due to the fact that I work on a military base. You could get killed tomorrow just because you went to a mall. It’s now the time to educate the American Idol Watchers that ther is an evil, world out there, if you care for any of these folks, The only thing that can prevent these attacks is an informed public, Unfortunately, most of the public is uninformed.
